Round 54 of the Rust Twitch Drops runs from October 23 to November 1, 2026, hosted by Rustoria.
General drops
Five rewards unlock in order as you watch any Rust stream with the Drops Enabled tag: one hour for the Rug, up to five hours for the Large Wood Box. Watch time carries across channels, so you do not have to stay on one stream.
Streamer drops
One extra reward is tied to the TwitchRivals channel: the Backpack, after 30 minutes of watch time there.
Claiming
Link your Twitch and Steam accounts before you start watching, claim each drop from your Twitch inventory, and the item lands in your Steam inventory within about ten minutes.
