Round 53 of the Rust Twitch Drops runs from September 24 to October 4, 2026, hosted by Rustoria.
General drops
Six rewards unlock in order as you watch any Rust stream with the Drops Enabled tag: one hour for the Large Wood Box, up to six hours for the Hoodie. Watch time carries across channels, so you do not have to stay on one stream.
Streamer drops
Sixteen extra rewards are tied to specific channels. Each one needs one hour of watch time on that streamer (or on any of the channels listed on the tile).
Claiming
Link your Twitch and Steam accounts before you start watching, claim each drop from your Twitch inventory, and the item lands in your Steam inventory within about ten minutes.
